So we won’t show you the whole masterpiece until it’s actually complete, but we will give you a glimpse into the greatness and grandor of our luxury custom home in the Austin Parade of Homes. Our designer, Kim Bailey, has blended the art nouveau style of France from the late 1800’s with the modern, contemporary design popular today. The mix of the two has not been done yet in Austin and it’s sure to make be an eye-pleasing statement home in Serene Hills. Each light was carefully selected to not only illuminate a room, but create a statement. If lights are the final touch, jewelry of a home, this is the finest hand-made jeweler in town!
This is my favorite light. It’s made from reclaimed bottle caps and can be found in the sitting room of the home. It’s opaque glass softens light as it streams from the bulb creating a calm glow at night. Love how they recycled old for the new!
Pictured below is local, commissioned artist, Joshua McVaney, putting the final touches on his industrial pipe masterpiece. Joshua and Kim worked tirelessly to create this chandelier that would not only decorate a room but become the buzz of the Parade. Contractors, realtors and visitors have all been amazed at this one of a kind masterpiece. This is just one of the many fun surprises we shall have in our showcase luxury custom home. Come to the Austin Parade of Homes May 27-June7 for a home you don’t want to miss!
