In January Forbes named Austin as the #1 city in America to buy a home due to population growth and economic forecasts for the state and city. The Local Market Monitor scanned the top 100 cities in the US for population growth and Austin came up at 8.9%. They also did research to correlate growth and job opportunity and found that Austin is still an undervalued city in real estate. Imagine that!
