A new technology by Nexia Home Intelligence will now monitor your HVAC system while you're gone via computer. The ability to monitor your system remotely will allow technicians to come and fix a problem without a phone call being necessary. This will be great for the jet-setters who own multiple properties and don't want to come home to problems!

The diagnostic features will measure heating, cooling and ventilation systems in your home. Through a wi-fi enabled thermostat, the company accesses the home's HVAC systems and will show up when there is a minor or major problem. This proactive approach to home care is often money-saving as a busy homeowner will often miss the warning signs to a fumbling HVAC unit.
